When executing kinit or re-login from the ticket cache failed throwns exception prevent ScheduledThreadPool exit.

How was this patch tested?
Close the KDC service before the ScheduledThreadPool task is triggered.
Before the fix, ScheduledThreadPool will exit and no longer trigger and there will no longer be a thread named kinit-thread.
After the fix, an exception will be thrown, ScheduledThreadPool will not exit and there will be a thread named kinit-thread.
